The Government target of 10 minutes is far too short for patients and GPs
Lack of care by doctors at the practice. Old school GPs were better.

Ease of obtaining an appointment if you really feel you need one. Very pleasant receptionists as well as doctors

I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.
I can never get to see my preferred GP
Appointment times unlikely to be met and for this reason I have decided to change my GP surgery.
Having to wait to see the Duty Dr for over an hour is unacceptable.
Terrible Appointments System
Blood form not ready to attend blood clinic appointment, also problem with a prescription not going through to the pharmacy. Telephones not being answered. We are planning on leaving the surgery.
