The practice opens its doors at the following times:
Between the hours of 8am - 8.30am our emergency line is open. If you have an urgent medical need between this time, please telephone 01772 743161. This is for Emergencies only. The telephones and surgery doors open at 8.30am.
The surgery does not currently close at lunchtimes unless a training date has been arranged. The surgery will close for 1hr each Wednesday to undertake essential training and hold staff meetings, between 1 - 2pm. Normal service resumes at 2pm.
We now offer evening surgeries from 6:30pm on Wednesdays. These are specifically for working patients unable to attend during the day.
The practice is closed every Wednesday, between 1pm - 2pm for training. If you require urgent medical attention whilst the surgery is closed, please telephone 07594 876663. Please be advised that this number is for urgent medical assistance only and should not be used for ordering prescriptions or general enquiries.

If you require urgent medical assistance when the surgery is closed for the whole of an afternoon between 1pm - 18.30pm, please ring: NHS 111.

For urgent medical problems when the surgery is closed, on a Mon - Fri between 1830hrs and 2000hrs or on a Saturday & Sunday between 8.00am - 12pm please ring 01772 529200. Outside of the above times, please telephone NHS 111.
Every Wednesday between 1 - 2pm the surgery will close for important training. During this time, if you require urgent medical assistance please telephone 07594876663. This number should only be used if you require urgent medical assistance or advice from a doctor. We are unable to deal with general enquiries or prescription queries on this number. If you are unable to get through on this number then please either telephone NHS 111 or 999 if an emergency.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
