Comments and Complaints
The Practice strives very hard to ensure that everyone receives a high quality of care and welcomes any suggestions or comments from you as to how to improve the service we offer.
Should you feel your needs are not being met the Practice Manager will be happy to deal with your complaint. If you are still not satisfied you may contact Greater Preston Clinical Commissioning Group, but we would ask that you discuss your complaint with the Practice first.
