Karen Manciocchi is our practice manager who is responsible for the smooth running the practice. She also deals with the in-house complaints system. Please contact her for any suggestions in ways we can improve our service.
Sandra is Assistant Practice Manager and covers for the Practice Manager in her absence.
Catherine Teasdel and Lesley Davies are the practice Supervisors and manage the day to day running of reception.
Our patient co-ordinators are here to help you as best they can and they do a difficult job very well. Please remember that if you are kept waiting or seem to be asked detailed questions, they are carrying out the GP Partners instructions, enabling the Practice run smoothly. The practice operates a zero tolerance approach to abuse, verbal or physical, to any member of our staff.
We have a team of administration and secretarial staff who work in the background to ensure referrals and requests are processed in a timely manner. These are led by the Assistant Manager who reports back to the Practice Manager.
