Friends & Family Test
We want to provide the best possible care and service to our patients, and your feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we could improve.
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a quick and simple way to tell us about your experience of using the practice.
How does it work?
You will be asked to rate your overall experience of our service, from very good to very poor. You will also have the opportunity to tell us why you gave your answer and suggest anything we could do better.
Completing the FFT is voluntary, and you can choose to provide your feedback anonymously.
Why is your feedback important?
We regularly review the feedback we receive and use it to help us:
- understand what patients value about the practice
- identify areas where we could improve
- make changes to our services and the way we work
- recognise when members of our team have provided particularly good care or service
We may share general themes and improvements resulting from patient feedback, but we will not identify individual patients.
Have your say
If you have recently used our services, we would really appreciate you taking a few moments to complete our Friends and Family Test below
Need to raise a specific concern?
The Friends and Family Test is designed to collect feedback about your experience and is not a replacement for our complaints procedure.
If you have a specific concern or complaint that you would like us to investigate and respond to, please contact the practice using our complaints and feedback process.
