St Fillans are part of a group of 4 local practices working together as a PCN (Primary Care Network) called Preston & South Ribble PCN.  The PCN provides services to patients of the practices covering a population of approximately 28,000.  The other practices in the group include Longton Health Centre, Fishergate Hill Surgery & The Beeches Medical Centre.

The PCN provides enhanced services to patients under the PCN Network DES contract (click here for more info).  Current services include enhanced access, enhanced health in care homes and the covid vaccination service.  The PCN also employ additional staff to support the GP practices which currently include a social prescribing team, clinical pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists and mental health workers.

The PCN is currently led by Dr Partha Ganguli (Fishergate Hill Surgery) as Clinical Director.
