Emma Brown

Emma is our Clinical Pharmacist and has been part of the team at St Fillans since 2020. Before moving into general practice, she spent 15 years working in community pharmacy and undertook additional training to become a Clinical Pharmacist.
She has always been fascinated by medicines, and in particular, how something as small as a tablet can have such a significant effect on the body.
As a qualified pharmacist and non-medical prescriber, Emma works closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to help patients get the most from their medicines. Her interests include medication reviews, polypharmacy, hypertension, cholesterol and menopause.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading and travelling and is always happy to talk about dogs!

Hubert Kozielski
- Role: First Contact Physiotherapist

Hubert is an experienced physiotherapist and MSK First Contact Practitioner, having worked across a variety of NHS and private healthcare settings including hospitals, physiotherapy services and nursing homes. Over the years he has worked in different areas of physiotherapy before finding his main passion in musculoskeletal practice.
Hubert’s interest started in his teenage years through gymnastics and acrobatics. Injuries and recovery were a natural part of the sport, which sparked his fascination with how the human body moves, adapts and recovers.
Hubert initially trained in neurological physiotherapy before moving into MSK practice. His particular interests include strength and conditioning rehabilitation, as well as joint and soft-tissue injection therapy.
Outside of work, Hubert loves swimming, especially open water swimming, and freediving. When he’s not in or under the water, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Keep moving! You don't have to move perfectly - just keep moving. Our bodies generally prefer being used rather than kept in their original packaging.
Michelle Tegama
- Role: Mental Health Practitioner

Michelle is a qualified Mental Health Nurse and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health. She works across the practices in our Primary Care Network as a Mental Health Practitioner, supporting patients with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Michelle chose to work in mental health because of the opportunity to work directly with people in the community, bringing together her nursing experience and public health knowledge. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, recognising the wider social, economic and environmental factors that can influence our mental health.
Central to Michelle’s approach is the philosophy of Ubuntu, an African concept centred around our shared humanity, connection with others and the idea that our wellbeing is closely linked to the wellbeing of those around us. She also values the importance of slowing down and creating space for the things that support good health and wellbeing.
Michelle has a particular interest in the relationship between society, economic systems and mental health, including how wider inequalities and pressures can affect people's wellbeing.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys walking and is currently learning to swim.
