Online Services
Non-urgent advice: Registering for Online Services
You can get online access to your medical records (as well as ordering repeat prescriptions, covid pass etc) by registering for online services such as the NHS App. We would recommend the NHS App although other applications are available (e.g. Patient Access, My GP etc).
Please ensure that you read the following information leaflet before requesting access >> Accessing GP Records - Patient Info Leaflet.pdf
You can apply for online services by creating an NHS login and using via the NHS App (via App or website) >> About the NHS App - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
If you are unable to verify your identity online, you may need the practice to provide you with your online registration details. You must attend the practice with your ID to obtain these details.
If you wish to apply for historic access (October 2023 and before) to your medical records via the NHS App you will need to complete the following form Application Form - Online Access to Medical Records.pdf and provide us with copies of your ID. Please allow at least 28 days for this to be processed by the practice.
