Access to the practice

We have a wide access through automated doors, toilet facilities that can accommodate wheelchair access and a wheelchair available for use in the surgery if needed.

Hearing Difficulties

If you are experiencing hearing difficulties, please let us know so we can update your medical records and let the clinician aware to meet you in the waiting room when calling you for your appointment.

Alternatively, we have a portable induction loop facility. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.

Lip Reading/BSL Service

Please indicate to a member of our team should you need us to set up an interpreter or make a note on your triage form.

We can arrange the service ready for your appointment with the clinician you are seeing.
